Our product range comprises:

Oxide ceramics:

• various aluminium oxide grades (ranging from 60 % to 99,7 %)
• zircon oxide
• magnesium oxide

Non oxide ceramics:

• reaction-bonded silicon carbide (SiSiC)

Application of our grades is essentially focused on the following fields:

Thermal process engineering

• SiSiC kiln furniture such as beams, rollers, tubes and plates
• SiSiC burner tubes to be installed in industrial and domestic burners
• SiSiC flame tubes, radiant tubes and heat exchangers for heat process technology
• aluminium oxide pyrometric and insulating tubes applied for thermal electric and optical temperature measuring

General process engineering:

• SiSiC jets for desulphurisation plants
• wear resistant Al₂O₃ and SiSiC linings for mills, pipelines, hydrocyclones, conveying-, loading- and proportioning facilities
• flame spraying rods for corrosion and wear resistant chromic oxide coatings ZrO₂, Al₂O₃
• SiSiC and Al₂O₃ parts for chemical instruments

Pump technology:

• SiSiC-, SiSiC-C and SSiC seal rings and bearings
• abrasion and corrosion stressed pump elements

Manufacturing technologies
